There are some days that are better than the others. If they aren’t better, there is always ice cream!!!
Mochi is usually made from sweet rice (short-grain japonica glutinous rice) cooked and pounded into a smooth and sticky paste, then formed into all kind of shapes and sizes and it has found its way into Häagen-Dazs’ ice cream creations.
